Below is a small selection of projects of which we have been a part.

Encapsulation Project Sellafield

This £36 million contract is already underway forming part of stage 1 of the Sellafield Silos Direct Encapsulation Project (SDP), a project worth a total of £170 million and one of the largest to be undertaken for the British Nuclear Group in recent years. Stage 1 involves the removal of redundant equipment from an existing building, some construction works, the design of the process plant and equipment as well as the modification and extension of the building.

World's first 3rd Generation Nuclear Power Station Build

Construction of the world's first 3rd generation Nuclear Power station in China. Westinghouse's AP1000 PWR reactor design will provide the basis for two $20bn Power Stations that together will provide over 4000MWe for China's electricity network. The first of the two projects will enter construction in 2008 and is expected to begin operating around 2014, with up to 15,000 engineers required on site during peak construction from 2011 onwards.

Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant

Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant is on the north shore of Wheeler Reservoir in north Alabama. It was the Tennessee Valley Authority's first nuclear power plant and the largest in the world when it began operation in 1974. It was the first nuclear plant in the world to generate more than 1 billion watts of power.
