Electrical Engineering Certification

After completing a four year degree, the prospective electrical engineer will need to meet a range of requirments to be certified by the requisite professional body. In the UK this involves being chartered by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) or the Institute of Electrial and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) in the USA.
