IT Product Manager
This is an On-Site/Hybrid position
Ability to work W2 Required.
SUMMARY:
The main function of a Product Manager is to maximize Sales, Revenue, Market Share and Profit Margins by leading a team to deliver the end-product. The typical Product Manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The individual needs to ramp up quickly to not only understand where every service critical data resides, but also how the different systems interact with each other.
The individual will be responsible for creating synergies and consistency of reporting among different services and managing, analyzing, and performing the data reporting function.
Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
Develop, implement company-wide go-to-market plan; work with all departments to execute.
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience required.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong Data Analytics.
Strong understanding of various Data Management and Reporting Tools (Tableau or similar tools) with the ability to build/modify and create data management tools with a big data set.
Systems Architect and Software Development experience required.
