Making Holiday Wishes Come True, One Military Family at a Time

The fact that Talascend has spent the past 76 years as a nationwide recruitment agency focused on bringing the best talent to our client’s workforce vacancies is a huge accomplishment, but there is something pretty special that happens at Talascend each year that extends beyond our team’s every day and moves to a place that is bigger than our history of accomplishments and impacts within the industry.

Each Holiday Season, the united Talascend Team scours the nation to lend a helping hand to those that need a little extra support. It’s a movement we like to call “Talascend Cares” and for over 15 years, the Talascend Team comes together to make dreams come true for families in need.

This year, Talascend partnered again with the Soldiers’ Angels organization who offers Holiday support to qualified military and veteran families that could use a little extra help this holiday season. The goal of providing these families with holiday support is to show America’s gratitude for the services and sacrifices not just for the veteran or active service member, but for their entire family.

Through this program, Talascend was able to provide a military family with everything needed to make their Holiday one to remember for years to come. Talascend donated everything from basic living essentials, warm clothing and bedding, and special gifts for the children and grandchildren living within their home. On top of fulfilling their wish list, Talascend was able to collect enough money to stock their pantry and put a wonderful meal on the table for them this season.

I hope one day I can honestly pay it forward like you did for us this year. It was hard and very embarrassing even reaching out, but my family deserves it after all I have put them through in life with my health, mental health, etc. and y'all made this miracle and shimmer of hope possible. I truly thank you from me and my family.
