Talascend is currently seeking an Instrument Calibration Technician for a contract opportunity located in Tempe, AZ.
Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Calibrate instruments according to conformance standards.
- Test and verify accuracy of instruments; perform necessary adjustments.
- Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
- Report to a supervisor or manager and maintain accurate calibration records.
Position Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in calibration or a related technical field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in calibration.
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. with minimal repetitions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Additional Information:
- Driving is not required for this role.
- No degree or export control technology clearance is required.
- Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks.
