TELEMARKETING LEADS SPECIALIST
DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibility of this role is to work alongside the Service Product Management team to generate & qualify leads coming in from ROC campaign calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROC Campaign Leads
• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers to qualify leads through a call campaign, coming in for this program through digital marketing efforts.
• As needed, call target customers directly to promote ROC campaign
ROC Campaign Leads Dashboard- Report & sales sharing
• Pull weekly reports from main services pages, Sales Force and key campaigns and share these weekly with the service sales teams
SKILLS:
-Strong communication a must
-Ability to manipulate excel, intermediate functionality needed
-Someone who picks up process quickly.
-The ability to face adversity and challenges daily and need to have a tenacity to pursue the business
-100% remote but candidates in EST/ CST preferred
-Work shift: 1st Shift
