CTP Maintenance Technician – Level III (Direct Hire)
Shift Hours:
Seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician – Level III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks involving multiple craft disciplines. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and structural components to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

CTP Maintenance Technician – Level III (Direct Hire)
Shift Hours:
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Friday to Sunday: 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Fixed Schedule: 3½ days on / 3½ days off (40 hours per week)
Seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician – Level III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks involving multiple craft disciplines. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and structural components to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and building systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Replace defective parts using a variety of hand and power tools
- Assemble, install, or repair wiring, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Inspect and test equipment, record maintenance activities and costs
- Maintain cleanliness and lubrication of gears, bearings, shafts, etc.
- Use precision measuring instruments and testing devices as needed
- Follow safety protocols and checklist procedures consistently
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5–7 years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery
- Proficient with tools: hoists, wrenches, drills, saws, precision instruments
- Working knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
