Training Coordinator
OVERVIEW:
The Training Coordinator supports Natrium’s training program launch by managing coordination, documentation, and compliance activities using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT/ADDIE). Working closely with the Instructional Technologist, Training Managers, and instructors, this role ensures accurate recordkeeping, audit readiness, and seamless program delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the administration and coordination of training programs: scheduling, resource planning, delivery tracking, and feedback loops.
- Manage training records in VISION and SAP LMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and audit-compliance from day one.
- Lead initial accreditation documentation for INPO and support ongoing renewal processes.
- Maintain job/task analysis alignment with SAT and verify instructor qualifications and training completion.
- Coordinate curriculum development reviews, classroom and CBT logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Produce status reports: training schedules, participation metrics, no-shows, completion rates.
- Support audit preparedness: assemble documentation, assist during reviews, respond to findings.
- Assist in creating training materials and managing relationships with external providers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, organizational development, human resources, or related field.
- 3+ years in training coordination or administration within regulated industries; nuclear experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP LMS), VISION, and content development tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
- Familiarity with SAT/ADDIE and nuclear training processes, including INPO or NRC accreditation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
