Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to support work at industrial facility in Mulberry FL. This role requires precision, strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces to exact specifications
Perform screeding, floating, troweling, and edging
Set forms and ensure proper alignment and stability
Apply surface treatments and curing methods as required
Follow all nuclear site safety, security, and quality control procedures
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Work closely with site supervisors and quality inspectors
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concrete finisher in industrial or heavy commercial environments
Nuclear or power plant experience is a pluss
Ability to pass background screening, drug test
Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and safety standards
Requirements:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to work overtime, shifts, and weekends
Day and Night Shifts-6 days/week to include weekly per diem
Physically able to perform demanding labor in varying conditions
