A Talascend client with projects in Mobile, Alabama has a need for a Business Analyst to Support Digital Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate and support the assessing information systems and digital solutions to propose a final diagram landscape.
Document technical and functional details related to Digital solutions
Work together with the business analysts or project managers to capture relevant information that can be used on work diagrams construction.
Supporting Digital Sr Portfolio Manager during ongoing activities , projects or programs that will require documentation or processes analysis.
UATS documentation or project activities could be assigned to this role accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer, Industrial or Processes Engineering degree preferred
Logic to integrate different integrations or interfaces into workflows.
Ability to create AS-IS and TO-BE processes
At least 3-5 years experience as Process, Business or IT Analyst or specialist.
Ability to manage G-Suite and Draw io platforms.
Experience into Digital solutions or software projects
Experience with project Management Methodologies.
Strong analysis and focus on details
Must be able to captivate stakeholders and product owners, understand the principles of intake analysis, documentation and data mapping.
Aggressive elicitation style, he/she must be able to recompile requirements and document process/findings end to end.
Good communication and proactive interaction with stakeholders
Logic to integrate different integrations or interfaces into workflows.
Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial environments will be valued.
