Talascend’s Response to COVID-19
As we all work through the evolving dynamics of COVID-19, the one thing that remains consistent is Talascend’s commitment to the health and safety of our staff, clients, and communities in which we serve.
For over 70 years, Talascend’s employee-first culture has remained at the center of our operations. Because of this commitment, our internal staff began working from home as COVID-19 commenced and will continue to do so indefinitely. Remote working provides the most optimal safety measures to our dedicated teams. This decision continues to keep our employees safe, while providing the ability to maintain family obligations during these trying times.
We are proud that Talascend’s nationwide workforce has remained intact throughout this Pandemic. We are working hard to rebuild our client’s workforces and continue to hire great people to aide in this effort. Any internal Talascend new hire that starts during this time will onboard virtually, while safely jumping back into a remote workforce.
All company-related employee travel has also been suspended. Our five (5) regional recruiting hubs have embraced all communication and remote working technologies and continue to conduct business via the means of Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc.
