Talascend is currently seeking a Finance Planning Analyst for a long-term, contract opportunity in Plano, TX.
Candidates must be locally based, willing to work a hybrid schedule. No relocation support available.

The Corporate Finance Planning Analyst will utilize their expertise In finance and forecast modeling to inform decision-making processes within the eCommerce business. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and forecast sales trends
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Provide insights to optimize profitability
- Create financial reports and conduct variance analysis
- Support decision-making processes within the eCommerce organization
- Perform trade-in recovery forecasting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Reconcile plan vs. actuals for TI contra on a monthly basis
- Handle Care+ revenue accounting
- Forecast other contra revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance with 3-5 years of experience performing forecast modeling and basic P&L management
- Ability to navigate the organization to gather information and engage others in B2C activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meet deadlines
