Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-time, direct opportunity in Irving, Texas.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days/week on-site).  Candidates must reside within commuting distance to the office.

Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process for a highly technical, design engineering firm.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for niche, highly desirable, engineering talent.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and gather interviewer feedback.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Foster relationships with external recruiting sources and universities
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and implement innovative sourcing methods.
  • Partner with HR to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering recruitment best practices and passive talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Limited travel to offices and work sites may be required.
  • Preferred: >5 years’ experience, HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM), knowledge of HR concepts and systems.
