We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-driven Sr ISC Project Management Manager to support PMO activities for a critical business transition initiative for a contract opportunity located in Charlotte, NC. In the initial phase, this role will focus on leading the coordination and transfer of all Permits, Licenses, and Registrations (PLRs) across the enterprise to a newly formed legal entity.
This is a high-impact role requiring cross-functional collaboration, regulatory insight, and strong project leadership to ensure a seamless and compliant transition.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the enterprise-wide effort to identify, collect, and consolidate all active PLRs across business units and jurisdictions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to validate PLR data and assess transferability.
• Engage with external regulatory agencies to understand and document transfer or novation requirements.
• Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system or dashboard to monitor PLR status and progress.
• Create and manage a comprehensive action plan for novating each PLR, including timelines, dependencies, and required documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks or blockers in the novation process through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver regular updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory obligations throughout the transition process.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in legal, regulatory, or compliance-focused environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
