Talascend is currently seeking an Order Management Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

Overview

The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support team co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Order management for order entry processing and related account procedures.
  • Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
  • Chargeback processing
  • Return processing
  • Informing customers of order status and support inquiries
  • Process improvements/efficiencies
  • Support team members for order processing and account portfolios
  • Reporting

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred

Requirements

  • Order management experience
  • Prior use of EDI and SAP
  • Multi-tasking with attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Shift

Hybrid (4 days onsite/Friday remote)
