Global Marketing Manager
Talascend is currently seeking a Global Marketing Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Chicago , Illinois.
Overview
This person will help provide support to the current marketing lead and manage the team's marketing budget tracking and invoicing. They will be assigned key projects that lend support to existing categories and lead key continuous improvement initiatives that span cross-functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the current marketing lead and manage the team's marketing budget tracking and invoicing.
- Assist in leading and managing key projects for existing categories.
- Lead key continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
- Work cross-functionally on future blender project pipeline.
- Inform brand positioning for future innovation workstreams.
- Finalize in-progress creative approach and align with region.
- Execute asset development plan including packaging, photo, video, and social.
- Provide global brand consultation to the licensed product team.
Qualifications
- Brand marketing experience: broadly or within a specific channel.
- New product launches: experience launching new products.
- Agency experience: working in an agency or managing an agency.
- Preferred: 2 years experience.
Requirements
- Problem solver & perseverance: ability to develop solutions when confronted with obstacles.
- Communication & cross-functional leadership: ability to lead, listen, and influence among different teams.
- Organization: ability to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and information.
- Use of Google suite of programs.
