Mobile Sample & User Trial Operation Manager
Talascend is currently seeking a Mobile Sample & User Trial Operation Manager for a long-term contract opportunity with our client onsite in Mountain View, California.
Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing mobile sample collections, user trials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. MUST be bilingual in Korean and English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of mobile sample collection, storage, and transportation
- Develop and implement efficient workflows for mobile sample management
- Coordinate with internal teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage user trial operations, including but not limited to; participant recruitment, consent, and data collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute user trials
- Monitor and analyze trial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all mobile sample collections and user trials
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any issues that arise
- Recruit and manage overall user pool readily available for any upcoming projects and provide on-site training if necessary
- Ensure UT devices are setup properly prior to the execution of the project, and/or update device setup document as required
- Create project status report periodically (weekly, Monthly, etc.) as well as final report when the project is finished
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments
- Communicate with internal/external users in professional manner to maintain a good relationship with them to secure strong user pool for the User Trial Project
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Management Information Systems, business administration, marketing with additional preference given to those holding professional training in data management, analysis, and user experience research
- 1-3 years experiences in the telecom industry
Requirements
- Strong communication skill for demonstrations and conducting end-user training
- MUST be bilingual in Korean and English
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis and establish process mapping
- Demonstrate English language competency in both written and oral communication modes for both internal and external communications
- Working knowledge on Android, iOS and Windows platform
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g., GCP, GLP, GMP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
