Machinery Relocation Specialist
Talascend is currently seeking a Machinery Relocation Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Stockton , California.
Overview
Responsible for relocating approximately 13–20 pieces of machinery within a facility, ensuring all work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with site specifications.
Responsibilities
- Cut and remove existing floor bolts
- Detach and reinstall end put modules as needed
- Move and reposition machinery with appropriate equipment
- Maintain minimum 36-inch spacing between all units
- Check and adjust levels for each machine post-move
- Re-bolt all machinery to the floor securely
Requirements
- Experience with heavy machinery handling and relocation
- Knowledge of leveling and bolting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
