Talascend is currently seeking a Procurement Project Management Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Overview

This subcontractor role will contribute to high-impact projects by delivering actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms that support procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct data exploration and visualization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based libraries.

Preferred Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading data-centric projects and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

Shift

Day shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Hybrid schedule: Either 4 onsite/1 off or 3 onsite/2 off based on business needs.
