Senior Learning Specialist
Talascend is currently seeking a Senior Learning Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Overview
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business performance by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions for web-based and instructor-led formats, with a focus on global business models and operational processes
- Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions that foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge retention
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programs, including LMS administration, session scheduling, and internal communications
- Implement metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess learning effectiveness and continuously improve program outcomes
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, particularly the ADDIE model, within a corporate environment
- Advanced skills in eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline; experience with video production and graphic design is highly desirable
Requirements
- Ability to distill complex systems and processes into clear, learner-friendly content
- Strong critical thinking skills to extract and structure content from technical subject matter experts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficient in creating high-quality instructional materials using Microsoft Office, including presentations, job aids, and learning guides
- Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting
Shift
Hybrid role based in either Atlanta or Charlotte HUB location.
