Integrated Supply Chain Principal Project Manager
Talascend is currently seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Principal Project Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Overview
The role involves overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate will work independently and within a multi-functional team environment, contributing to supply chain expansion and supplier rate readiness projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, including mitigation.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years PM experience
- Preferred: PMP certification
Requirements
- Proficient with MS Project and all other tools in the PM toolbox.
- Experience required in SAP, supply chain management, supply chain management work transfers (new product introductions into a supplier), and all project management tools, including but not limited to, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) via Microsoft Project and Smartsheets, Risk Analysis, Risk Register, RAIL, Decision / Change Management Log.
Preferred Requirements
- Proficient with Smartsheet.
