Safety Campaign Data Project Manager
Talascend is currently seeking a Safety Campaign Data Project Manager for a remote, contract opportunity with our client.
Overview
The Safety Campaign Data Project Manager will handle all aspects of regulatory reporting requirements for both domestic and international requirements, including working closely with the Enterprise Systems team and the ICT teams to ensure full and accurate regulatory reporting data is complete and submitted on time. This position will also support domestic and international initiatives to maximize safety recall completion rates to finding and motivating owners to have their recalls completed.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of regulatory reporting requirements for both domestic and international requirements.
- Gather and measure campaign field data to identify trends enabling targeted outreach activities to maximize campaign completion.
- Support domestic and international initiatives to maximize safety recall completion rates.
- Collaborate with US team members from multiple internal organizations including Field Operations, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other Technical degree from an ABET accredited university.
- 1-5 years’ experience depending on how solid data analytic skills are.
- Preferred: Minimum 5 years experience working on safety recalls, and takata recalls more specifically.
Requirements
- Ability to work closely with a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Creativity and proactive thinking are important skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, MOPAR, or Manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Access.
Shift
Temporary assignment - approx. 6-9 months - anywhere from 10-40 hours per week. CTC based – 100% remote with minor exception where needed.
