Talascend is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Overview
In this role, you will develop and execute talent strategies for the Integrated Supply Chain, providing direct support to executives leading the Operational Excellence, Data Analytics and Planning organizations.
Responsibilities
- Designing organizational structure to drive organizational effectiveness
- Succession planning and talent development/retention
- Executive coaching to improve manager capability
- Project management of key business priorities
- Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions
- Leading enterprise-wide projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources Business Partner experience
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Prior experience working with sales or marketing professionals is preferred
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
