Talascend is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist for an opportunity in Warren, MI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling the transition of cell phones from AT&T to Tellus and executing necessary tool-based methods for the transfer.
- Helping troubleshoot error codes and learning how to resolve issues effectively.
- Review various reports and dashboards to identify anomalies in expected processes and investigate any discrepancies.
- Work with large file sizes (Excel, Notepad), reprocessing them through multiple tools and workflows to ensure successful completion.
- Adapt to changing business needs, with potential for extended responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 2-4 years applicable experience required
- SQL/Database language (SW Language understanding syntax basic coding skills). Python and JSON also helpful.
- Familiar with looking at logs of systems, understanding of Call Flows/API Flows will assist in debugging issues.
- Background in Cellular sales/provisioning (T-Mobile Kiosk).
