Talascend is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a HYBRID opportunity in Farmington Hills, MI  
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for filling open positions end-to-end in your area of responsibility and are the first point of contact and advisor to the department on the recruiting process as well as the appropriate recruiting strategy
  • Provide a professional selection process by reviewing incoming applications, conducting assessments, interpreting results and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to find the best fit
  • Use creative and intelligent search strategies to identify suitable internal and external candidates and approach them proactively and in a target group-oriented manner
  • Liaise with other talent management functions to increase your internal talent network
  • Follow trends and new ideas in recruiting and active sourcing, are open to innovative tools and constantly work on the further development of sourcing concepts for your support area
  • Master candidate experience & candidate relationship management
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of your target groups and the market as well as the competition
  • Deliver a seamless, respectful, and transparent candidate journey across all touchpoints, including pre-application, interview, and post-offer stages with a strong focus on the best possible candidate experience
  • Proactively establish an internal and external candidate network, build candidate pools and maintain short and long-term contact with potential candidates
  • Authentic brand ambassador, you inspire candidates and represent corporate values internally and externally 
  • Ensure smooth interfaces with the business areas and the adjacent HR areas in the recruiting process and exchange information in a targeted manner within the global recruiter network
  • Guide hiring managers through the whole selection and onboarding
QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of progressive relevant experience Sourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Solid experience in modern Talent Acquisition solutions and processes
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels and cultures
  • Spanish preferred not required.
