Talascend is currently seeking a Dealer Contract Coordinator for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan.

Overview

The dealer contract coordinator supports the management of contractual change requests and dealer compliance within a national portfolio, ensuring timely updates to dealer records and contracts in accordance with state laws and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process dealer contractual changes in alignment with state franchise statutes and the dealer sales and service agreement.
  • Prepare dealer contracts and program enrollment forms.
  • Complete dealer activations and update dealer information in applicable systems.
  • Maintain accurate contractual data in the dealer network planning system.
  • Complete contractual change requests within target cycle times and provide weekly updates on active requests.
  • Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
  • Partner with legal and other departments to complete proposals and counsel dealers on policies and procedures.
  • Assist in entering information into contractual change request systems and draft related correspondence.
  • Support dealer and client personnel in executing contractual documents using electronic signature tools.
  • Maintain accurate electronic dealer files and ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Conduct financial and sales analysis to support dealer proposals and recommendations.
  • Process dealer and leadership requests related to contracts and dealer data.
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing database information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Effective analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High degree of motivation, initiative, and ownership of work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dealer contractual processes, state franchise statutes, and automotive retail operations.
  • Familiarity with systems such as DCICR, DNPS, DMS, and client E-Signature tools.
