Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for an opportunity in Coppell, Texas.
Overview
This role involves cleaning and disinfecting medical devices to ensure compliance with regulations, as well as handling inventory, shipping, and receiving functions within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers, including boxing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, and applying shipping labels
- Fill inventory stocking requests and complete par level stocking of the warehouse floor, verifying quantities and completing cycle counts and batch reconciliations
- Properly move and store inventory to maintain good housekeeping, reduce congestion, and segregate non-conforming inventory
- Ensure training and certifications are completed and up to date
- Perform assigned projects as directed by management
- Clean and disinfect medical devices to reduce bio burden
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Well organized, results-oriented approach, and attentive to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
