Account Executive (Remote)
Talascend is currently seeking an Account Executive for a Direct Hire position. This position will have the possibility working from home.
OVERVIEW:
The Account Executive will work to identify the need in the market place, leverage our existing national position, and strategically encourage customers to exchange their funds for our services.
Additionally, they will :
- Participate in developing branch territory
- Maintain existing client accounts according to plan.
- Generate new business through outside sales activities according to plan.
- Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
- Introduce all Talascend service offerings to existing clients and prospects
- Maintain written documentation of sales activities to facilitate reporting requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years’ sales/account experience within a construction staffing sector
- Self-motivated & eager to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and automated applicant tracking systems
- Strong investigative and a proactive approach to researching
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- High School diploma required
- Candidates with a BA/BS degree preferred
