SUMMARY:
You will play a pivotal role in building a new business resilience framework that spans across our entire organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing strategies, tools, and templates to enhance our resilience. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to support a transformative initiative and make a lasting impact on our organization's ability to thrive in the face of uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive supply chain business resilience framework, encompassing all aspects of the organization's operations, processes, and functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units and functional areas to assess current resilience practices, identify gaps, and develop strategies for improvement.
Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support the implementation of the business resilience framework, including risk assessment methodologies, recovery strategies, and response and management protocols.
Identify and prioritize critical processes, dependencies, and resources to ensure effective risk management and continuity planning across the organization.
Establish and document business resilience governance structures, including the operating models, working groups, and communication channels, to oversee framework development and implementation.
Develop and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and exercises to educate employees on business resilience principles, procedures, and their roles and responsibilities in maintaining organizational resilience.
Collaborate with IT and data management teams to identify critical data needs and system requirements for future enhanced IT implementations.
Develop metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the business resilience framework and track progress over time.
Assist in the development and execution of a change management plan to promote awareness of the business resilience framework and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate closely with Business Continuity Management team to enhance business continuity program in alignment with new business resilience framework.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in business resilience, business continuity, or related disciplines, with a focus on framework development and implementation.
Strong understanding of business resilience principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
Experience in developing tools, templates, and documentation to support resilience planning and implementation efforts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
