Our client is currently seeking Production Associate for a long-term contract opportunity in Noblesville, IN.

Overview
Our client is looking to add experienced manufacturing and repair technicians to their team supporting the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of world-class ultrasound machines. This role involves hands-on assembly and diagnostics work in a regulated, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Quality Management System requirements and applicable laws and regulations
  • Use controlled documentation to perform work tasks and processes
  • Maintain required training records and comply with site safety policies
  • Evaluate and identify damaged components, order parts, and create work orders
  • Disassemble systems, clean components, and repair or replace damaged parts
  • Complete service corrective actions and system upgrades
  • Reassemble systems and install required options and accessories
  • Verify system operation through diagnostic and functional testing
  • Record test results and update Device History Records
  • Identify and handle products that fail acceptance criteria
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and systems
  • Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure proper calibrations
  • Contribute to product quality improvements and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to enhance process quality and efficiency
  • Focus on improving on-time delivery and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or local equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with varied daily tasks
  • Excellent attendance, teamwork, initiative, and work ethic
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated safe working practices and product quality focus
  • Proven capability in at least three of the following:
  • Mechanical aptitude (e.g., using hand tools, assembling items, repairing appliances)
  • Troubleshooting skills (e.g., testing, diagnostics, system maintenance)
  • Technical documentation (e.g., following manuals, written instructions)
  • Computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, inventory/order management systems)
  • Process improvement (e.g., LEAN manufacturing, cost/quality improvements)

Preferred

  • Associate degree or higher in a technology or engineering discipline
  • Experience in a manufacturing or service role within a regulated industry
 

Work Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Occasional Friday overtime may be required.
