Talascend is seeking candidates for Korean bilingual Software Tester role with one of the world’s largest technology companies at their facility in Plano, TX. Training will be provided.  Must be willing to work on-site.

Overview
This entry-level role focuses on developing and executing software test plans to identify and resolve software issues. The position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
  • Test system modifications in preparation for implementation.
  • Develop testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.
  • Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report them to developers.
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program functions, output, or content.
  • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track outcomes.
  • Maintain databases of known test defects.
  • Plan test schedules or strategies based on project scope or deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and programming.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, precision planning, and engineering principles.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (speak/read/write)
