Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in either Bellevue, WA OR Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will support end-to-end supply chain operations for key retail vendor accounts in the HE/IT product categories. This role is essential for managing purchase orders, analyzing supply chain data, and supporting strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
• Manage and update weekly "Order-to-delivery" PO trackers
• Maintain weekly POs, updating delivery dates and quantities as needed
• Update customer portal with PO changes or cancellations
• Follow up with logistics and allocation teams for shipment ETAs and delivery confirmations
• Become proficient in internal SCM systems, processes, and data
• Support additional tasks during peak seasons or promotional periods
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or BI tools is helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Flexible with working hours due to team coordination across time zones
• Ability to focus on detailed data analysis for extended periods
