Customer Service Specialist
Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Overview
The role involves working on projects related to business transformation, reporting team status updates, and facilitating meetings to resolve open issues.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with the Business Transformation Director for North America.
- Reports team status updates and schedules meetings with field and support functions.
- Resolves open issues related to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Requirements
- Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams applications.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and workflows is a plus.
- Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to work independently.
Shift
Hybrid initially, remote after training.
