Project Manager for Vehicle Program Implementation
Talascend is currently seeking a Project Manager for Vehicle Program Implementation for a contract opportunity with our client in Newark, California.
Overview
The objective of this engagement is to implement a fully integrated vehicle program timeline management system using Primavera P6 or a comparable project management tool. The system will enable seamless integration and visibility across multiple workstreams, including design, engineering, operations, and enterprise functions.
Responsibilities
- Deployment and configuration of a centralized, integrated project timeline tool.
- Integration of key vehicle program workstreams: design, engineering, operations, and enterprise functions.
- Development of customized dashboards and reporting aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Training and knowledge transfer for internal teams.
- Provision of all necessary software licenses, if applicable.
- Configuration and customization of Primavera P6 or equivalent tool.
- Integration planning and execution across all designated workstreams.
- Regular progress reporting and status meetings with the project team.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Providing detailed documentation, including configuration, workflows, and user manuals.
- Post-implementation support for at least 3 months after full rollout.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience with Primavera P6 or a comparable project management tool.
- Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to provide ongoing maintenance and support.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
