Talascend is currently seeking a Production Equipment Operator for an opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona.

Overview

The role involves operating production equipment and is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.

Responsibilities

  • Operates production equipment
  • Follows blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • May lead and direct the work of others

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent and at least 4-6 years of related experience

Requirements

  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
