Learning Strategist Contractor
Talascend is currently seeking a Learning Strategist Contractor for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan.
Overview
The role involves supporting GM contact centers and developing training for new hires. The candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts and write instructional materials while learning the business and reviewing current curriculum for innovative opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support GM contact centers.
- Develop all training for new hire training.
- Hand all training to supplier training.
- Request instructional work alongside SMEs and write about circular and business rules.
- Learn the business quickly.
- Establish relations with partners.
- Review current curriculum and look for opportunities to be innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or any degree preferred.
- Open to years of experience.
Requirements
- E-Learning development (required).
- Relationship building (required).
- Ability to communicate at a high level (required).
- Contact center and customer experience (nice to have).
Shift
M-F 8am-5pm, full-time, 40 hours/week, must be local - 3 days in office (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
