Sr ISC Project Manager
Talascend is currently seeking a Sr. ISC Project Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Overview
This role supports Integrated Supply Chain Customer Operations, ensuring critical customers have the visibility and information required to plan and sustain aircraft production and return aircraft to service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying, managing, and resolving complex supply chain challenges before they impact production lines
- Driving on-time delivery to customer requirements
- Leading internal and customer engagements to communicate recovery strategies, improvement initiatives, and long-term solutions
- Defining clear milestones, establishing owners, tracking progress against commitments, and holding internal teams, suppliers, and sites accountable to recovery actions
- Leading targeted improvement initiatives to close gaps, stabilize delivery, and strengthen customer-facing performance metrics
- Providing transparent status communication to leadership and customers
- Collaborating closely across ISC Operations, Materials Management, procurement, and manufacturing sites to resolve systemic issues across the extended value stream
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or project management
Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Sound judgment
- Proficiency in SAP
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
