Talascend is currently seeking a Full-Stack Developer for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan.

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment, enjoys solving practical problems, and values clear written communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Make incremental UX/UI improvements across internal applications
  • Support backend work such as system integrations and database connectivity
  • Implement and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via a centralized directory
  • Write and optimize queries to expose data from one system into others
  • Deploy and configure off-the-shelf applications in a corporate IT environment
  • Debug and test applications locally using real-world scenarios
  • Perform thorough integration testing to ensure reliable production releases
  • Document requirements gaps and edge cases proactively to support smooth execution
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and IT teams

Qualifications

  • High school or GED
  • 6 to 9 years of practical experience

Requirements

  • Experience working with CNC equipment and understanding electrical mechanical processes in automotive manufacturing
  • Examples of how they build teams and create relationships on their teams
  • Nice to have understanding Maximo and Kronos

Shift

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, full remote
