Talascend is currently seeking a part-time Wipe Down Clerk located in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Overview

This role involves cleaning and disinfecting medical devices, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers both domestically and internationally by boxing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, and applying appropriate shipping labels.
  • Properly move and store inventory to maintain good housekeeping, reduce congestion, and maintain segregation of any non-conforming inventory.
  • Ensure training is completed on time and all certifications are up to date.
  • Perform projects as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

  • Well organized, results oriented approach, and attentive to detail
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Requires walking, standing, bending, stooping and repetitive motion for extended amounts of time

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills

Shift

Part time, 20 hours per week with a flexible 4-day work schedule between Monday and Friday consisting of 5-hour days, to be agreed upon at hire.
