Talascend is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a contract opportunity with our client in Salem, Oregon.

Overview

This role involves customer service and communication, including reaching out to customers via phone and email to gather payment status, answer questions regarding payment submission, and update internal systems with collected information. The position also includes kickoff project communication with customers and supporting project logistics, meetings, and documentation preparation. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals. A high level of customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customers via phone and email to gather payment status and answer questions on payment submission
  • Update internal systems with information gathered from customers
  • Communicate financial requirements during project kickoff with customers
  • Facilitate project logistics such as meetings and conference calls
  • Take meeting minutes and action items, and perform basic follow-up
  • Assist in the development of presentations
  • Report to the projects team supervisor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with good judgment
