Manufacturing Technician
Talascend is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a contract opportunity with our client in Redmond, Washington.
Overview
The manufacturing technician will assemble, inspect, and support the production of aerospace components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support the operating system.
- Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
- Comply with safety rules.
- Record and report production data.
- Analyze data and production reports.
- Set up and change over equipment.
- Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience (2-3+ year tenure) within the past 5 years.
- English fluency – speaking, reading, writing.
- Computer literacy.
- Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment.
- Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope.
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
