Executive Administrative Assistant
Talascend is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity with our client in Houston, Texas.
Overview
This role provides high-level administrative and financial support to executives, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of documentation while supporting efficient executive operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Ensure all documentation and reporting meet company standards and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Review, edit, and finalize lease agreements and associated documents with the support of program leaders
- Organize and update conversion data spreadsheets from Great Plains to Oracle Fusion
- Work with program leads to gather and load customer, supplier, and item master attributes into Oracle
- Input new items and associated attributes into Great Plains and Oracle Fusion
- Support the initiation of the corporate Master Data Governance (MDG) program
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
