Talascend is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for a Work from home opportunity in Orlando, Florida.
Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop relationships with hiring managers and human resources to design and drive successful recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business. This role serves as the first point of contact for external and internal talent, supporting full cycle recruiting activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
- Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.
- Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent.
- Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess effectiveness and drive process improvements.
- Support workforce planning and recruiting projection processes for the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers regarding interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for frontline, non-exempt, supervisor, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development.
- May support early talent/on-campus talent acquisition strategies.
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
- 0 - 1 years of related experience.
- Experience in high-volume full cycle recruiting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or HRIS systems.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task between multiple projects.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent technical skills, including applicant tracking technologies and Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
