  • Proven ability to author Terraform modules and Kubernetes configurations for regulated environments.
  • Experience leading architecture governance in FISMA Moderate or higher environments.
  • Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines across hybrid cloud and mainframe environments.
  • Technical skills include GitHub tools, JFrog, SonarQube, Azure, AWS, Terraform, Bicep, Helm, Kubernetes, policy-as-code tools, and relevant security standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certifications.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
  • CISSP or CCSP certification.
  • HashiCorp Terraform certification.
  • Enterprise-scale architecture experience across hybrid and multicloud environments.
  • Design experience for CI/CD pipelines spanning mainframe and cloud-native workloads.
  • Experience with enterprise middleware including MuleSoft, WebLogic/WebSphere, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP Data Services.
