Automotive Technician
Talascend is currently seeking an Automotive Technician for a contract opportunity with our client in Livonia, Michigan.
Overview
This role involves performing automotive maintenance and repair tasks to ensure vehicle safety and functionality. The technician will work according to written procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive maintenance and repair tasks according to written procedures
- Ensure quality standards are met during service operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Work with team members to complete repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime/weekends
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months automotive technician/mechanic experience
- Well-rounded technician/mechanical knowledge and experience
