Talascend is currently seeking a Project Manager - Construction for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Sharon, KS.

Key Requirements: 
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
  • Experience serving as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side delivery lead.
  • Strong background in: Project controls, Schedule management, Cost management, Change management, Procurement coordination, Executive reporting
  • Experience with site development, utility infrastructure, mass grading, or campus-scale projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and permitting agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, or LEED certifications are a plus.

  • Large Infrastructure Programs
  • Industrial or Energy Projects
