Talascend is currently seeking a Content Producer for a contract opportunity with our client in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Overview
This role involves creating and managing multimedia content, supporting visitor experiences, developing digital engagement materials, and maintaining organized workflows to ensure efficient production and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create and tell stories through video, photo, and simple design assets for internal and external channels
- Plan, capture, and produce high-quality videos, photos, and design assets that showcase the story of the assembly plant
- Manage daily production of leadership and huddle videos, event footage, plant b-roll, and evergreen content
- Maintain and improve a library of plant-specific assets for various media use
- Support and enhance the visitor experience by modernizing visuals and capturing stories
- Assist with logistics and production for plant experiences including visitor tours, VIP visits, and employee events
- Develop content for employee apps and digital channels, including copy, visuals, and short videos
- Use metrics and feedback to improve content and engagement strategies
- Maintain organized project folders, trackers, and runbooks for recurring activities
- Build checklists and timelines to keep content production and event logistics on schedule
- Build strong relationships with plant leaders and external stakeholders
- Approach situations calmly and solutions-oriented, especially during last-minute changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, storytelling, or multimedia production
- Proficiency with video, photo, and simple design tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of digital engagement platforms and metrics analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
