Talascend is currently seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Pensacola, Florida.
Overview
The manufacturing project manager will lead and oversee the installation of manufacturing capital equipment and facility upgrades to support industrialization efforts at the Pensacola site. This role involves managing construction activities to prepare manufacturing areas for new equipment and resolving complex challenges related to manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive installations of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment at the Pensacola facilities.
- Manage construction projects for facility additions and upgrades required to support new equipment installation.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex manufacturing challenges and adapt facilities for industrialization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or industrial construction related to the installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
