Talascend is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Overview
The role involves leading and managing complex supply chain projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The manager will analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the integrated supply chain organization, ensuring they are delivered on time and according to quality standards
- Define project scope, objectives, risks/mitigation strategies, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on milestones, risks, and issues
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
