Talascend is currently seeking a Process Improvement Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Atlanta, Georgia.

Overview

This role involves driving process standardization and improving operational efficiency for new product development, research, and technology development across various strategic business groups. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process standardization initiatives for new product development, research, and technology development across all SBGs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, offering, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and finance to align processes.
  • Develop and document current and future state processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Support implementation of standardized processes and monitor adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process management or related roles.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in process documentation and process mapping tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
